Coaching session are usually scheduled in one-hour blocks, but actually take 45-50 minutes to complete. The length of time working with a professional coach will vary depending on the issue(s) being addressed and the desires of the client. All components of working together will be agreed upon by all parties before beginning any services. I will also review the coaching process with you to clarify expectations.
